a good build
or runes you MUST run in a deck

because atm i just see lots of failing IS BGs against any other faction lol

i think those are must haves

You basically need:

Talgar Ironfist
Barbarian Commander
Hammerstrike
Dwarven Catapult
Sharpshooter/Griffin Rider
2x Deep Miner (with Nora Miner 3)

Those are the main runes I would include. I'm not an "expert" but I run IS on an alt.

Also, Strip Armor, Dwarven Kings if you can get them, Battle Mage, Impervious, Righteous Deflection, Desperate Heal and Warbanner are good additions too. Some will try to tell you that you can't win without Dwarven Kings, but it's not true. Good luck!

also mogaslicer is the IS pit dragon on steroids.

for all that is holy give talgar shield I'm getting tired of drowning him upgrade is 100 percent worth it. battlematron is a need glorious charge and strip armor hammer strike Mogaslicer only 1, battlemage because you know you want one . Sharpshooters RD is always a need I know I'm annoyed by it. And failed amp to get rid of those pesky HS Broodguard combos or Monsoon FF. Thats just a start you should be able to go off that.

Failed amplifier is the most satisfying rune in the GAME. Period end of story. Every time your enemy tries to cast that next spell there is a very pleasing sound. Followed by their crazed chat of why their spells aren't working. It is amazing. You will Laugh and Laugh and Laugh and have to explain to your friends why you are laughing so much.

Dude, NEVER upgrade Shielded on Talgar. That's a dumb thing to do.

Run him at 100 Nora with 11 SPD and Vuln-Electricity.

i agree with sep sheilded is just not worth it
